People are saying that she is looking more and more like me, but I think that she's getting more and more cute - so they can't be right.
We've had a few milestones since the last post: teeth are starting to come in, Reid says, "Bye-Bye" about 1/3 of the time when she should, and we are very close to being able to sleep through the night. All very exciting stuff.
But today, isn't about Reid or all of her amazing yet normal advances. It's about fathers, and for the first time this holiday now includes me.
Today, I was able to zip our fun little car down highway 1 to Pescadero, toss Reid into a backpack, show her a bunch of farm animals including some turkeys and ponies, pick berries and eat a lovely lunch featuring oysters and strawberry-rhubarb pie. It was fabulous weather and has been for the last few weeks.
This is the third or fourth weekend in a row that has been packed with great weather and lots of different ways to enjoy the Bay Area and parenthood.
I'm loving it.
